  • We will initiate refunds promptly upon approval

Technical Support Requirements

Before requesting a refund due to technical issues:

  • You must allow our support team to assist with troubleshooting
  • We require 48 hours to attempt to resolve any technical problems

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Setup difficulties when users decline technical support assistance
  • Intermittent channel issues (buffering, freezing, or temporary outages)

Service Interruption Policy

If service is unavailable for 48+ hours due to server issues or problems on our end, we offer:

  • Complete refund of package price, OR
  • Extension of subscription duration to cover the outage period plus bonus time (to be discussed)
